Tuesday. Another Tuesday. Some more bad news in my family. It's getting a little scary. I'm feeling kind of sick, in the stomach, and lower. Must be fear.
The deals we make with the Devil have only short-term benefits.
A few years ago, there was an interesting cartoon in the New Yorker, showing a grizzled old man on his deathbed, flanked by his two grown sons, and the caption below had him growling, "I should have bought more crap!"
"So teach us to number our days, that we may get a heart of wisdom." Ps. 90:12
