An Ever-Expanding List

I'm:
         hot
         digesting / hungry
         sore / sick / tired
         pregnant, I think
         not focused / not there / not feeling it
         annoyed / distracted
         not getting good coaching
         depressed
         weak
         dizzy / nauseous
         bleeding
         gonna fall
         just back from vacation
         only human
         not fully recovered from last time
         just doing a maintenance workout
         doing really well / working hard enough
         saving it for a strong finish
         working tomorrow
         old

injured -- but then you shouldn't be doing what you shouldn't be doing

being sensible -- wasting your time is not sensible

Excuses have to be true. But they can never be good enough. Do it right, or don't do it.

Something else that we noticed tonight: we believe the p-factor excuses, while we're using them. It's just afterward that we realize the cheat, by the disappointment: I could have done better.
