GOD MADE MONKEYS

God made monkeys
          to remind us
          not of where we came from
          but of who we are.
And when we see them
          huddled together in the rain
we should remember to cling
          to each other.

God made monkeys
          not randomly
          but with purpose.
And this fact
          hidden within every human heart
should remind us to cling
          to Him.
